How to reduce money from member's account

Nothing can be easier than reduction of funds inside registered account of the site member. It can be done manually and only a couple of clicks is required to carry out this task. Look through the tutorial to learn the exact steps to be made.

1. Log into Admin area using email and password.



2. There will appear Admin Panel.
In menu please choose and press on the button "Members".



3. There will appear Members information.
Please choose and press on the member'™s name whom you want to reduce money.



4. There will open Member information.
Please choose and press on the button "Details" at the Balance graph.



5. There will open Member'™s account details.
Please choose and press on the button "Change amount".



6. There will appear Changing amount menu.
There you can see member'™s current amount.



7. Please press on the small arrow button to choose the action you want to make.



8. Please choose "Reduce" to reduce account.



9. Please write down the amount you want reduce from account.



10. To reduce amount please choose and press on the button "Save".



11. There will appear "Amount was changed successfully".
You can see that member's amount has decreased.
