How to manage Gift Delivery
In order to regulate the procedure of gifts delivery, the control area in the admin panel is created. The convenient display of all information makes the process of management easy and trouble-free. Admin can see at once all data concerning the order in the menu: date, sender, category, gift and price. The status of the order is also demonstrated in the frame: it can be received, in progress and delivered. All is quite simple with our software, it will not take you long to master everything!
Log into Admin area using email and password.
There will open Admin Panel.
Please choose and press on the button "Other".
In the Other menu please choose and press on the button "Gift delivery: Orders".
There will open Gift delivery menu.
There you find information about:
Date of gift order
From whom the order was received
To whom the order was made
Category and Type of Gift
Gift's Price
and also Order's Status.
To change order's status
Choose the order which status you want to change.
In the column Status please click with your mouse pointer to the small arrow button.
There will appear Statuses list.
Please choose the order status you want.
There will appear - "Order status updated" and you can see that order status has changed.
About order statuses:
When Member made an order, order status is Received.
When Admin comply with the order, order status is In progress.
When order is complied and Model got it, order status is Delivered.
The orders are sorted by order's made date, so it easy to find the last orders.
