How to log on the webcam chat site

Logging on the site is the main thing that you should do in order to use all the services of the webcam chat site. Before logging on the member's account the person should become the member of the site. You can read how to become the member of the site in “How to register the new member” in FAQ section here. We have made the logging on process very easy for you. All the information that you will need here is the E-mail that you pointed during the registration and the password that you pointed in the “Password” field during the registration. After you log on the site you will be able to use all the services and functions of our site. Read the information about how to log on the site below.

1. Log into Members' area type in the e-mail that you pointed during the registration in the E-mail field. (Make sure that the E-mail that type in here is correct and corresponds to the one you used during the registration)



1.1. Remember that the E-mail you enter here should correspond to the E-mail you entered before. Put your attention that no symbols except “_”, “-“, “.” “Space” are allowed here. If you type any of these symbols then the background in the field will become red and you will understand that you made a mistake. Go back and type in your E-mail again



2. Type in the password that you created during the registration or the password generated by the system that you received via E-mail



Here is the example of the message with the password generated by the system that you receive via your E-mail if you choose the “Generate password” button during the registration.



2.1. Watch out that you have to enter the correct password that you created or received via the E-mail. PAY ATTENTIONN that no symbols are allowed while typing the password in this field. You will understand that you made a mistake in typing your password if the background in the “password” field becomes red as it is shown in the picture below.



2.2. After you typed in your E-mail and password press “Login” button.



3. If “Wrong E-mail or password” text appears in the middle of the page then you made a mistake while entering the E-mail address or password. Check it out once again and type in the correct E-mail and password as it is said in p.1 and 2



4. If you forgot the password that you created or you didn't receive the password that was generated by the system click the “Forgot password?” button. The password will be sent to your E-mail and you will have to type it in the “Password” field as it is said in the p. 2



5. After you typed the correct E-mail address and the correct password you enter the site. You will see your nickname in the Member's area.



You are logged on the site now and can use the services of the chat site.
