How to login in the Studio area

Being the owner of the Studio and having your Studio profile at the chat site you will get a wonderful chance to earn money. Logging on the site is the main thing that you should do in order to use all the services of the webcam chat site. You can read how to register a new studio in "How to register the new studio" subsection in FAQ section here. We have made the logging on process very easy for you. All the information that you will need here is the E-mail that you pointed during the registration and the password that you pointed in the "Password" field during the registration. After you log into your Studio area you will be able to use all the services and functions of the chat site. Read the information about how to log on the Studio area below.

1. Choose the language you speak. The studio area that you will enter will be presented in the language you point here. To choose the language point your mouse pointer to the small area next to "Language" field and click it.



The list of languages will appear now. Choose the language that you speak by clicking it with your mouse.



The language you choose appears in the "Language" field now.



2. To log into Studio area type in the e-mail that you pointed during the registration in the E-mail field. (Make sure that the E-mail that type in here is correct and corresponds to the one you used during the registration).



Remember that the E-mail you enter here should correspond to the E-mail you entered before. Put your attention that no symbols except "_", "-", "." are allowed here. If you type any of prohibited symbols then the background in the field will become pink and you will understand that you made a mistake. Go back and type in your correct E-mail.



3. Type in the password that you created during the registration or the password generated by the system that you received via E-mail



Watch out that you have to enter the correct password that you created or received via the E-mail. PAY ATTENTIONN that no symbols are allowed while typing the password in this field. You will understand that you made a mistake in typing your password if the background in the "password" field becomes pink as it is shown in the picture below.



3.1. If you forgot the password that you created or you didn’t receive the password that was generated by the system click the "Forgot password?" button. The password will be sent to your E-mail and you will have to type it in the "Password" field as it is said above.



The new window will appear.



Point your mouse to the E-mail field and type your E-mail address there.



Click "Enter" button.



Get to your E-mail box and read the E-mail with your password.



Type the Correct E-mail and password as it is described in p. 2 and 3 above.

4. After you typed in your E-mail and password the button "Enter" becomes active. Please click it to log on the site.



If "Wrong E-mail or password" pop-up window appears in the middle of the page then you made a mistake while entering the E-mail address or password. Check it out once again and type in the correct E-mail and password as it is said in p.2 and 3 above.



5. After you typed the correct E-mail address and the correct password you enter the site. You will see the name of your studio in the Studio area.



You are logged on to your studio now and can use the services of the site.
